We headed to Glen Helen Gorge this morning. The Macdonnell Ranges have lots of beautiful gorges for swimming. We left Kings Creek today and headed for Alice Springs. Adrian and Michelle took the Mereenie loop road which was too rough for our caravan, so we went back on the bitumen towards Alice. The first stop for the day was at the Henley Meteor Craters. There are 14 craters ranging from7 to 180 metres in diameter. We went about 20ks down a dirt road before we made it to the stop. Today we headed for Kings Canyon. We decided to stay at Kings Creek station after some good reviews from other campers. We pulled into the station and the first thing that Ella spots is a baby camel. Today we headed for Ayers Rock. The kids have been so excited to get there. It is the second time Luke and I have been to the rock, but even the second time is totally amazing.
