Spent today visiting central Seoul, Gyeongbokgung Palace and River walk, lots of police around again today for Obama's visit.

Great Palace, massive grounds and very peaceful, then went to President Lee residence :-)

Then walked back into town and Owen took us to a japanese curry house in back streets of Seoul, Anna was a bit nervous, but Curry was nice, I had a nice veggie one.

Just been for a run up Mt Bushak, hard work, left Anna doing the washing :-)
