Well I survived the Japanese guest season alright but I didn't know what was coming ahead. This week we started Chinese season and to really kick start it we got a 5 day charter cruise. This means that for 5 days I get to deal with over a thousand Chinese women who sell beauty products. Kinda like the Chinese Avon lady lol... Well anyway that being said they don't really care to visit the spa which leaves us girls sitting around going mad with nothing to do. Sounds good If u get paid by the hour but no guest equals no money sadly. So here I am sitting dying for one of these ladies to suddenly have a change of heart and come get there hair done! Haha well anyway since I don't have much to do let me tell u how interesting this cruise has been so far... The very first day the guest all arrived and started to take pictures of everything, which is typical for the loading day. While everyone was out on deck 9 taking pictures by the pool me and Beth decided to get some fresh air and walked outside... All of a sudden a swarm of Chinese guest were around is snapping pictures with us. I felt like they had mistaken us for celebrities or something. It literally went on for 20 mins. After we escaped it was time for boat drill which means I have to stand by the stairs and direct people down to deck 4. As u can imagine that only put me in plain sight for everyone to see, so instead of everyone going down they were taking pictures with me! Haha it was the funniest thing ever ... Turns out they are just excited to see white people lol! So the last two days in the spa have consisted of us hiding when ladies walk through cuz if we don't then they will end up staying there for 20 mins taking pictures. I can't even imagine how many random people in china now have a photo of me! If I would have know I was a celebrity in china I would have come a long time ago :) so that is what the next two months are going to be like I think. You never know what will happen next in this crazy ship ;) tata for now
