Had breakfast then walked down to the quay side in darling harbour to get a ferry to Manly beach. Lovely going past the opera house and Sydney bridge lots to see. Got to Manly a lovely sAndy beach and good for surfing. Hired an umbrella and two deckchairs sat on the beach called Michael and Helen went in the sea for a swim the waves were quite rough. Walked back to ferry terminal got a couple of beers then the 230 ferry back to darling harbour. Had lunch in darling harbour then back to the room for a little rest before we got a taxi to the opera house to watch a show in the Opera house. Spinifex gum ! Taxi back to the hotel but found all the bars were shut apart from one on the corner near our hotel which is open 24 hours.
