(16 October)
We arrived in the late afternoon and went to the Market for a look around. It was pretty cool but not much different from the other markets and tended to be a bit more expensive as well. Did get myself a nice wee bracelet even though it cost like £1.30...treating myself far too much these days haha! Markets aren't half as fun without the bartering though.
After the Market we went back to the hotel and I had a swim in the hotel pool before dinner... That was really interesting, the pool was just on the second floor of the hotel, beside the restaurant area and lifts/stairs! So people just going up to their rooms were walking past the pool lol. Was good to get a swim though! Tonight was a dinner to say bye to the Japanese girls and hello to three new people: Rachel and Graham, an English couple; and Susan, a german girl. They all seem nice! Dinner was ok but we seem to get taken to lots of more western places, which is just more expensive and not as nice! It's a shame. Although we did have vietnamese for lunch - a vegetable called morning glory is starting to come a close second to broccoli as my favourite! After dinner we just went back and chilled out then had an early night.
