(9 November) Woke up the next morning to a guy in the next bed leaving, which was just as well because apparently my alarm hadn't gone off and it was half 6! So I threw everything in my bag and hurried round to Scott's hostel...and he had slept through his alarm too! Epic fail! (8 November) Kristina left that morning so I didn't see her again. I had a bit of a lie in then went for breakfast with the Sam etc (the guys in my room), then just chilled out, spent a good 2 and a half hours putting all my photos on Facebook in an Internet cafe haha. Then just wandered around for a bit, generally chilled out. Scott from edinburgh got back that evening, so after a bit of a melt cos the wifi in the hostel was down I went to see him for a bit! ...

(7 November) Today everyone else from my tour went home so that was the tour officially over! I got up earlyish to go and see the grand palace with Kristina. We tried to get a tuk tuk, but were told it was flooded until 11am...still don't really get that...but one said he would take us on a tour of other places and then leave us to the grand palace for 20BHT (about 40p)...so we were like, yea that sounds good! I had already heard that some taxi drivers give stup...

(19 November) We had hoped we would wake up feeling better today but unfortunately not! Wasn't quite as bad as the day before...we could just about drag ourselves to a restaurant to force down some food. I had my boat to Phuket at 2 and Kristin was leaving for Krabi at 3.
