Arrival in Ao Nang, so after a dreadful journey we are here, another downfall we couldn't check in until 2pm bearing in mind it was 11am, we were tired and wanted to freshen up .
What else to do in a sunny beach resort but to go to the beach, which is exactly what we did, I was in my element, sun, sea and sand ;) we bought out beach mat and chilled out for the next few hours.
Once we had checked in, we freshened up and headed back to the beach for some afternoon rays :) it is beautiful, white sands, and blue warm sea, bliss. As the day came to a close we watched the sunset before heading back to the digs.
After changing we went to a lovely Indian restaurant we, seeing asthough Ao Nang is more Muslim rather than buddist orientated.
Day 7
Another day at the beach.
Today as the sunset there was a huge bang of thunder followed by a couple more. So after our alcoholic beverage we decided to head back to the guesthouse and the storm came. It felt just like being at home, but warmer. We were a little disappointed as it was only a small storm, but thankfully we saw the signs for the evacuation point if ever we endure a big one.
Due to the storm and our tiredness we decided to have tea at the Italian restaurant at the guesthouse we are staying at, the food was delicious and homemade and we were even joined by three cute little lizards :)
