1 June 12 Arrive in Phnom Penh after another shaky bus journey, although only a short 4 hour ride! Staying at royal guesthouse, and this place is good - own beds (mines a double), air-con, and a nice bathroom! 31 May 12 Took the boat to Koh Tonsay (Rabbit Island). A small wooden boat which rocked from side to side with the waves. The sides of the boat practically touched the waves! I thought we were going to tip over. Drenched after the boat trip, may as well swim to the island!! 30 May 12 Arrived in Kep after a very short 90 mins bus journey - not used to such short bus trips!! Kep is a small city known for its crab market! Booked into an odd guesthouse with only two room and a lovely valentines duvet cover on my bed! Straight to the beach to enjoy some sun and have a dip in the sea, wave jumping! Hired motorbikes this afternoon to explore the city a little more. Went to the market, but it wasn't a market with only a few food stalls...

28 May 12 Bus ride to Kampot...back to the dodgy roads. I know Laos roads were bad as they were windy up mountains, but Cambodia roads are full of pot holes (and massive holes) which the buses try to avoid by driving on whatever side of the road, whilst you are being thrown around in the bus! Arrive in Kampot and staying in a lovely bungalow with a little bridge to it on a pond (called Orchid Guesthouse). Spend the day exploring the city until the rain strikes...
