G'day mates,
Mike here to do a bit of blogging.
The photo on the right is of "The Bush".
We were told we were going into "The Bush" which seemed a bit odd as it was only about 10 yards in circumference and there were 22 of us going in. They said not to get lost in "The Bush" as we could easily die (not surprising seeing as there were 22 of us in there, most likely cause of death claustrophobia!!!). Turns out there were quite a few million other relatives of this bush covering several million square miles and that this was collectively called "The Bush", now it starts to make sense. I think the only people likely to die in our tour group were the Japanese party who decided to take a 250 ml bottle of ginger ale rather than the required 3 litres of water per person, but they made it as well. As Karen said the end of tour party went down well, what with the beers and shots and the card Emma and Nikolaj put together to celebrate Matt's 50th tour! Good luck to Emma, Erika, Tom, Nikolaj, Emily, Susie, Danielle, Timmo, Chieno, Phil, Evelyn and Matt and our Japanese friends in everything that they do in their lives.( apologies if I have missed any names out ). Who knows when and if our paths may cross but we all have some great memories, and photo's ( like yours Emma, don't forget to put it on Facebook ) - just hanging around the pool waiting to go to Cairns
