Have been loaned a new Mini Cooper while we are here which is good. Just chilled yesterday at Manhattan Beach after arriving Sunday - we were not capable of much besides dribbling. Driving down to Beverly Hills today - Michelle plans to go into a dress shop on Rodeo Drive and be abused by unhelpful self-important sales assistants. She will then come find me and tell me all about it, and I will stroll into the store and bounce a cheque - just to let them know who's boss.
