BLUE SKIES again and no wind, a great day for skiing!!

The pic is the view from our bedroom window at about 8.30 this morning.

Jess could hardly wait to get to ski school and we saw her having her lesson as we headed for Broadway Express. We skied a bunch of new routes this morning, after Stump Alley Express and chair 7 we picked up the ski back trail - which is long cruising run that takes you into Mammoth Village.

We then picked up the gondola up to Canyon Express making our way back for lunch.

Meanwhile back in ski school Jess was making good progress, more chair lifts and a suggestion from her instructor that she needs bigger ski's!

Post lunch we headed up high via Thunderbound, Goldrush and concluding with chair 22 taking us both to a part of the montain we'd never seen before.

A fantastic days skiing ended with a long run back to the inn via the freestyle park!

Then a quick trip into town to change Jess's ski's and we're done!

So far the weather has been fantastic, snow great, they are doing a fab job with the grooming and the slopes are so quiet - at one point today it was a good 5 minutes before we saw another skiier!!
