Hey. we were only in wellington for two nights which meant we had only one day for exploring the nations capital. we went past parliment buildings on the bus and up to the viewpoint from the local mountain/volcanoe were many of the scenes from lord of the Rings were filmed. we went tot he museum which was good as well. then set sail for the south island.
