Ahh life is grand (grand is a term often used here) in beautiful Ireland! I am spending 6 nights in Cork and then Gina and I are renting a car and beginning an EPIC journey all around Ireland on Wednesday! No Adrian - he needs to study for finals!

I was soo excited to meet some Irish people! Gina and Adrian took me to the indoor market (rains so much here!) and I had lamb stew, which was delish! I'm pretty sure I blushed when I ordered water from the lad who took our order. I was beside meself to finally speak to an Irish person! Gina and I went to a girls night, which was lovely...I got kinda carsick on the way there with the winding roads that are only big enough for one car! Irish lasses are a hoot - even had one teach me a few Gaelic phrases!

Also - it is very damp here! In the morning when you put on your clothes they feel moist. And their washing machine is under the kitchen counter by their sink!

Gina and I went to a pub last night to catch some live music. Loved every minute of it - they sang lots of old Irish songs! I don't really like beer (especially stout) but had to have a 1/2 pint of Cork-brewed Beamish!

I am well taken care of here in Cork! I am very blessed! This morning I was thinking of Psalm 143:8, my most favorite verse! Check it out :)
