...Welcome to New South Wales...

I've crossed states and am now in New South Wales. I'm currently staying in Terrigal at the home of Vince's friend Paul. Terrigal's a suburb which is about an hour from the outskirts of Sydney (and two hours from the CBD). It's a very lovely little place with a nice beach and a small town.

Paul and his partner Alley have a lovely home here and I've spent the last few days recuperating from my trip and getting myself organised and sorted for my big move to Sydney.

I've briefly seen Sydney when I first arrived at the Greyhound Station before Paul came and met me and whisked me up the highway to the sunny out of the way town. We drove over the Sydney Harbour Bridge and I got to see the Harbour and one of Australia's most iconic landmarks the Opera House.

I'm so excited about going down to the city but it's been lovely having some time to myself before focusing all my energy and attention on finding a job and somewhere to live.
