A welcome to sunny Britain, drizzle rain, my first in the trip. Lots of Navy ships in port being worked on. Out of Port without too much hassle and set sat nav to Carl Bakers house - an old school buddy who is going to join me on my ride back to Cheltenham on his BMW.

A frantic two weeks has now ended tried as usual to cram in too much into too little time. Now just a 150 mile ride to the Plymouth to Santander Ferry and my mini cruise. Looking forward to that very much, will take my time using some of the lessons I learnt from my friend Steve on my last bike trip in 2010 to Morocco. Yesterday picked up my GS, was in great condition. Rode to Bristol to meet Liz and assist with her house inspection. After lunch with Jane I left the girls to go to the outdoor pool in a thunder storm. Went to Fowlers biggest MC shop in UK. Nothing new lots of second hand adventure bikes that were there last year. Then did a long ride out from Bristol, Bath (bad traffic ...) via Cirencester to Chedworth where I was the motorcycle lead Marshall for my old cycling ...
