After a challenging few days with James where my pace and bp slowed to almost zero.
Left JPs and went to Massat for a coffee on the square. Internet was flaky, few out there alternatives at cafe. Saw some nice food and ordered burger & chips.

Uneventful return to BdB and Patrick's where we shopped for dinner - veal steak mmm nice.

Started on real ale while we cooked and went onto wine - big night hic
