So made it on my 2nd to last flight before home! stayed in a hotel near the airport on first night as got in at midnigh and didnt fancy their roads at that time! Then i moved to the land of luxury!!! 5* hotel to finish things off after hostels! oh my god...only ever seen a hotel like this on the movies! walked into my room to the lounge area, then thro the kitchen area and past the pathroom to find the bedroom (the biggest bed ive ever seen in my life!) tried to act cool in front of the lady showing me around but was rubbish at it! balcony too overlooking the river and bangkok city! wow! Basically for my last wk as im writing this as i leave tomorrow..i have been soo lucky with the weather and sunbathed everyday! been waking up at 5am (jetlag) everyday except had a break thro today and made it till 7am! been swimming or gym everyday in this land of luxury...i love it when they come in your room early evening and turn the duvet cover over and put slippers out and do your washing up!!! sooo cute! ive learnt to say hello in thai so im pleased with that i can great ALL the staff as they are everywhere ready to tend to your everyneed! had room service dinner everynight..soo cheap here! i have ventured out and about to the local supermarket and crossing the road is a scary challenge, there is a zebra crossing type thing but basically i put myself the other side of a local who is crossing and the on coming cars and they really look like they are not going to stop! its mental! kinda hold my breath too the whole time im out as its soo stinky! people selling random things on the side of the road and everywhere you look......defo an education for me....i feel braver than my 2 days in bangkok on my way out on this trip!! so all good! cant wait to come home now and see everyone (especially nick!!boyf not brother, sorry! he has been my rock this trip always being on the end of the phone when i have had a dilemma!!) thanks for reading!! see you all soon i hopexxxxxxxxxxxx
