Well I did it my first ride. My horse was called Saldana and was very kind taking me down the trails but insisting on eating everything in sight on our way! I loved it . Arrived last night very tired took 21 hours including time differences. Geoff from Ranch picked us up in Mini Bus. Woke up to beautiful morning 70f! Beautiful surroundings surrounded by mountains. Lots of colourful birds flying around. Going for first horse walk this am, exciting, Breakfast was amazing! Desert walk later.

Mini Bus picked us up at 1pm,Alan and June already aboard. Picked Claire and John up and we were on our way. Hotel fine for our overnight stay although we were given the wrong key and tried to get into an occupied room! Had dinner together and a good chat. Finished packing and did a weigh in - as.usual for me the case was overweight! Took several items out and got it just below the weight allowed. Mel and Georgie and Molly called in to say goodbye and get their plant watering and badger and wild bird feeding instructions. Lots of phone calls from friends and family wishing us a good holiday.
