Wednesday 24th April We have completed our circumnavigation of the world and are back in Southampton. We arrived early this morning and are now just sitting and waiting for all the bags to be unloaded so we can disembark. We have had an amazing trip and seen so many wonderful places. It was sad saying goodbye to our lovely table companions who we have laughed with throughout the cruise and really enjoyed their company. Back home to all that washing now!

Monday 7th January - Southampton Our cruise begins! We got on board just after 1o'clock. We were pleased to find that our cases also made it on board and there was even room for all the clothes in the wardrobes and drawers! We left at about 6, the ship looked lovely lit up and there were fireworks as we sailed out.

Sunday 6th January - Southampton Arrived at Southampton this afternoon and checked into the Premier Inn in the city centre. It's only a short walk to the shops so we went to a pub for a late lunch. After that we went to West Quay shopping mall where there is a large food court upstairs. We will walk there tomorrow morning for breakfast. At 12o'clock we will get a taxi to the Mayflower Terminal to join the ship and hope that our cases have also made it. We won't...
