THis is obviously not a picture of christchurch but its a picture of new zealnd non the less. Today we went on the trams around christchurch and had a great time, coffee, botanical gardens and art galleries were all included!! Christchurch is a very strange city as its sort of trying to be oxford or cambridge with gothic revival buildings, it kind of felt more cultural than most places we've been! THe botanical gardens are absolutely beautiful and there are thousands of other inner city gardens as well, seems to be one on every street corner!
