Another day , another cookery class! Today it was chinese cooking with us making chicken and prawn wontons, savoury crabmeat in lettuce, bubar cha cha, and fried noodles. I really enjoyed all the savoury dishes but the bubar cha cha was strange to say the least. My first blog entry - I'm finally in Malaysia! Left Birmingham at 2.15pm Tuesday 16th June and, after 2 flts, a stopover in Dubai and 2 time zone changes I arrived in KL a day later.
