My epic two week adventure from St Petersburg, Finland, the Baltics, and Sweden was now coming to an end. I had a morning flight from Stockholm to Frankfurt before connecting to my Toronto flight.

I had done my online checkin and chose the back window seat but when I tried to print my boarding card it moved me a few rows up and my seat was taken.

There were no views of Stockholm on take off but we did circle round Arlanda Airport so one last look at the terminal and runways.

The German male staff were a bit podgy and they were serving beers on the flight. For breakfast there was only a salami sandwich and no other option so all I got was a yogurt.

Leaving the Sweden coastline we flew over Malmo which has the Oresund bridge connecting it to Copenhagen. I had visited last October and it was nice to have a nice clear aerial view.

Moving into Germany it was more farmland and windfarms. There were several sports stadiums.

I didnt see Frankfurt on the descent but there were good views of the airport, terminal, and waiting planes. I was starving with no breakfast so grabbed a pretzel in the airport as soon as we landed.
