We arrived in Cusco just in time for the next step of Peru’s adventure in the World Cup selections. The picture doesn’t do the crowd justice...the main square was closed to cars and it was wall to wall people to watch the big screen. If you are a soccer fan Peru's journey continues in November when they play New Zealand for the final spot.
We are taking a few days here to re-acclimatize to the altitude before heading for Machu Picchu on Saturday. More to come - stay tuned!
