Captains Log: Star Date T-1 day!!!! Wow! Only 24 hrs til I'm on that plane!!! Captains Log. Star date T-5 days... Did a practice pack last night... strutted round my house with my backpack on...did the stairs and some squats and all that to see how heavy it felt...weighed it too...on the bathroom scales!
