Captains Log. Star date T-5 days... Did a practice pack last night... strutted round my house with my backpack on...did the stairs and some squats and all that to see how heavy it felt...weighed it too...on the bathroom scales! Its not toooo heavy! About a stone... lets see if I still don\'t think its \'that heavy\' when I\'m trudging round with it on my back for a year! Only 5 days left...wow! over and out xxx
