Beautiful surprise to have our kids come for a celebratory and farewell dinner last night! Precious times! Fueled up, aired up and fired up! Yaayy!!

>Stopped for breakfast at Chevallum and had coffee and Brekky wraps! (Bart, almost as good as the Alex Surf Club!) The roads were great, no traffic and cruisy driving, so we just kept going! The only issue was the driver being demanding and wanting mints and gummy bears to keep him going!

What a productive day we had! Did some almost last minute shopping for yet more gadgets and bits, then got serious about getting the packing happening! We managed to put the pod on the Pajero and almost fill it with our camping gear for our few weeks sans caravan! Had a beautiful farewell night with our family. Not seeing them will of course be the hardest part of our big adventure! 6 sleeps to go!

So, the van is collected and the gear is mounting! Over the next 12 days, there'll be much checking and making sure that everything is ship shape. Somehow, we have to make it all fit!

It's been a while, but here we are, ready for another MOMEA adventure - one week in Spain on a Trafalgar tour and then two weeks in Greece doing a 'Footsteps of St Paul' study tour, sadly minus the Turkey component!! It will be an exciting time! Departure is 32 1/2 hours away and counting!
