A New Month - Hopefully A Better One!

August wasn't the great the greatest month, my flatmates left, Chris & Cheryl so that left a big hole in our flat, our new flatmates Alex & Kate are ok, but not as much fun, work is still so dull but still making commission so that is good. I couldn't believe it regarding my Tax Back, I was hoping for $1800 but when I got my letter I read it only to be $364 so was really disapointed and went to an accountant to see if there was a mistake, he said I WASN'T getting money I had to PAY THEM $364, nightmare!!!! The to top it all off we got evicted from our apartment, the land lord wanted to move back in here! Then my tenants back in Scotland want to move out early so going to miss out on rent, then they had the cheek to ask if they could break the contract and leave even earlier!

Anyway, its now a new month, and to celebrate it I found $100 on the way home from work yippee, I am going to see my first concert on Monday, going to see Snow Patrol with Clare I can't wait! Just moved into a new apartment, which was a hassel and didn't realise I had soo much stuff! New flatmates are really nice 2 German girls, Inka & ??????, Alex & Kate also moved with me, so not too bad, living with 4 girls now! I have only 2 weeks left at work, and am now over 1000 points ahead of my nearest person so I should hopefully win the $2000 travel voucher! Fingers crossed!

Leaving Melbourne in 2 weeks, going to be really sad, especially having to leave Clare, still seeing a lot of her, we even went for dinner & the movies on Friday, then saturday morning I had to help move her furniture, then I went to Ramsey Street on a Neighbours Tour it was really good and cheesy, on teh way there we watched Scott & Charleens wedding and went to the street, took lots of photos & even met one of the "stars" Dillan, he was actually a really nice guy!
