It was freezing in the morning when we woke up so we stayed in bed, keeping warm under all the blankets, for as long as possible without risking missing out on breakfast. The breakfast of coffee, juice, eggs and bread was a standard affair although the bread rolls did seem more like scones. Bolivia is one hour ahead of Peru but even given the time difference, we woke late. There was no breakfast to run off to, we had bought our own yesterday at the shops.
