Hi everyone, well we finally hired our campervan yesterday for 2 weeks. It is so good to get on the open road and to stop where you want and sleep rough - it's fab! We have a small campervan with a cool box for a fridge and 3 ring gas stove for a cooker and a table and back seats which turn into a bed which fill the whole of the back it's brilliant! Hi everyone, Well we've arrived in New Zealand and it's like being back in England. It is winter and freezing cold - very much different to what we have been used to the last 5 months. It has a beautiful feel and very christmasy feel to this town and we have just been for a lovely hotpot dinner in a typicaly English pub with log fire. It was very cosy and warm. Well we are still in Cairns and having been sunbathing by the gorgeous lagoon all week topping up our tans. The temperature has been creeping up all week and it hit 37 degrees yesterday it was such a scorcher! Well the last few places we went to was Mission beach where David bravely did his skydive over the Great Barrier Reef at 14,000 ft. I chickened out. Fear completely overtook my body.
