Well its been one month since I left on my trip and finally seen my first beach. Moved on from Bangkok on Friday was quite sad to move on because I really enjoyed my time there and met lets of great people but its always good to move on and see different parts of the country so I packed my bag and 3 hours later I was in Phuket. Phuket is probably the best place I have been to so far there are loads of beaches and my hotel is on the top of a mountain so the views are great. The hotel is strange because its still being worked on so you open certain doors and its just a blank room but its clean so that's all im bothered about. I had an early night last night because I had booked myself to go on a day trip to phi phi island this is the island where they filmed "the beach". A group of us set off at 7am and took a boat to the island it took 3 hours but was worth the journey it is without doubt the best beach I have even seen or been on in my life it beats the pebbles at Brighton I know that much lol. The tsunami hit the island pretty bad back in 2004 and its still in ruins which is sad because the beach is so beautiful but the rest of the island is in tatters.

Anyway I spent the day sitting on beach and walking round the island no point my trying to describe it so will let the pictures do the talking. Came back to the hotel late and had some dinner and that's about all for now I have booked trips for the rest of the week so will update then with more pictures!!!!!!!!!
