After picking up the wooden plaque Lynn wanted, we left Mostar wondering if I'll ever see this unforgettable place again.
We soon crossed the border into Croatia and found ourselves driving along the stunning Dalmatian Coast. Huge mountains stacked one after the other dropping straight into the sea; impossible to describe with words. Picture after picture taken, none of them doing justice to the natural majesty.
Shortly we encountered the well known city of Dubrovnik. The Old Town here probably draws the most tourists in all of Croatia.
It was definitely beautiful and we did enjoy our usual outdoor cappuccinos with people watching, but we left shortly as it was probably the most expensive place we had visited yet. Thanks to thousands of European and Asian tourists.
Interesting note, we crossed back into Bosnia for a short stretch, then back into Croatia before entering Montenegro. Each time showing our passports and getting exit and entry stamps. Probably going to need some new pages in the passport soon.
