We arrived in Byron bay at lunchtime and spent the afternoon getting our bearings. We went to the beach and walked around the town. The people in our room are really nice, there is a couple called Dave and Louisa and a crazy Canadian called Getha. The next day day we spent hours putting our photos on the website. After that we went for a hike up to the lighthouse, we even saw some whales while we were up there. The hostel was having a bbq so we decided to join in, we had a few drinks then Louisa, Dave,Rachel and I,oh plus a german guy we met started playing a drinking game. It is so good Rachel will teach it to everyone back home!! We then went to a club called Cocomungas because we had free entry and a free drink there. We stayed there for a while but the music wasn't that great so we left the others there and went to bed. Some time later I woke up and saw a man lying on our floor, I presumed it was Dave as he was then only man in our room.I went back to sleep, about 5mins later someone was nudging me to try and get in my bed, I though it was Rachel, it wasn't then I thought it was Dave and he was trying to get in the wrong bed. It wasn't!! It was some random! Still half asleep I asked him who he was, all he said was "oh wrong bed", and he went away.I went back to sleep. When we woke up the next day we all saw this bloke lying on the floor. We asked him who he was, he then realised he was in the wrong room!! The girl in the bunk above Rachel had dropped her sleeping bag during the night and he had picked it up and slept in it!! By this time of all us were really laughing. It turned out that someone had gone to the toilet in the night and hadn't shut the door, he must have wondered in and thought it was his room. Rachel went to the toilet and because she didn't have her contact lenses in she didn't see him. We all found it very funny!! It was our last day together so we made the most of it. We went out for breakfast and then came back and rested before going for a walk to watch a football match between our hostel and another one. We then got ready as we were going out for dinner. The food was lovely and we were stuffed. We had a quiet evening playing cartds, as we were too full to move. It was a good night.

The next morning we awoke to find a girl in our room asleep on the floor!! She then got up and left! Our room was obviously popular!! We checked out then caught our buses, Emma just caught hers, she had two minutes to spare thanks to the guy at the hostel forgeting to take us to the transit centre!! So now Emma is in Brisbane and Rachel is in Coffs harbour!
