The best part of the tour so far is Coffee bay, a small bay on the coast of the Khazulu Natal region. To get there you need to catch a return shuttle for the cost of R110 which takes an hour each way. Upon arrival at the coffee shack (the hostel) you get a free drink and the day go's downhill from there really. There isn't too much to do in coffee bay, there is a drum school, surf lessons and treks, but it is too late in the day to do that when you arrive, so your first night is spent drinking, playing drinking games and of course killer pool. In the morning we awoke to breakfast and hangovers fortunately there is a good but expensive choice of breakfast options, I went for the omelet.

After breakfast we set out for "hole in the wall" witch is a unusually large see arch or hole. We being myself, Rob, Anna, Pat, Alex and 2 Canadian girls. It was a long hike, made even longer by wearing flip flops which the guide recommended we shouldn't wear. It took about 3 hours in the end, but was worth it the views where fantastic and when we got there we participated in a bit of cliff diving before catching a return shuttle.

The second night at coffee bay was much like the first and not worth going into and the next morning was similar too. After paying off our bar tabs and accommodation fees we set off back to Muthatha. The return journey seemed quicker but that was probably because we where R600 lighter! So we continued on to our next stop Durban.
