Cuenca

After an eight hour journey we arrived in Cuenca. It was a nice little city, with old cobbled streets and cute buildings. We stayed here two nights but didnt really do that much apart from look around the city, along the river and at the old Inca ruins. We stayed in a nice hostel where the lady who ran it was a little crazy =)

Loja

We only stayed in Loja for one night, basically just a passing point to cross the border into Peru. The city was again small but the narrow roads gave it a nice character.

So thats Ecuador done. Tomorrow morning we get another eight hour bus into Peru, only 5 days until we start the Inca Trail, we´re very excited!! =)
