18-26 December 06 Ko Phan Ngan   From Ko Tao we got the sea catamaran over to Ko Phan Ngan. On the catamaran we had two choices; one was to sit inside where it was all enclosed, or the other to sit upstairs where the boat was open top with seats, so we sat upstairs.
