I don't even know where to start to update everyone on what's been happening. Here is a quick overview of the last couple of weeks.
We have been staying at a hostel that does tours to Halong Bay and that was absolutely amazing. Wakeboarding, drinking, rock climbing, drinking, volleyball, drinking, ping pong (the real kind), and have I mentioned drinking?! One huge party, great time! Took a boat ride out there, slept on the boat first, more like a pirate ship, then went to the island for the night where we all slept in huts. It was magical. I only made it to 11pm so I think it was a good time :)
Courtney has been making me eat some really gross and stupid stuff. First, an unborn chicken or duck. It's a cross between right when the chicken is about to hatch, yet yolk is still in the egg. I am a vegetarian, as most of you know, so I quickly declined. Then, she told me it was extremely disrespectful if a Vietnamese takes the time to open the egg and for me to refuse. I did what I had to do. It was one of the most disgusting things I have ever done. I saw veins. Enough said. Gross.
Then, after much rice whiskey, my friend (Court again) talked me into eating chicken blood for two drinks at the bar. Also, I was two minutes away from also eating a chicken head, but even I have to have limits.
We all have motorbikes now. Court has crashed twice, but nothing big. Crossing the street here is like the game frogger, if anyone remembers that. So motorbikes can be a little tricky. However, i haven't had any accidents and am a great driver. I just lay on the horn and yell "coming through people." It seems to work for now.
Also, I have three jobs now. Teaching English, tutoring, and my personal favorite, teaching aerobics to three year olds. I love it!
Finally, we moved into a four floor french mansion and signed a three month lease. It's beautiful. Each of us have our own floor with a balcony. I will be sending photos as soon as possible.

Hannah I'm so jealous again! Damnit! Jax told me about the apartment, and that sounds so awesome! First off, how the hell do you teach areobics to 3 yr olds? How does their attention span even handle that! haha. Must be cute though. I would totally eat that gross stuff, you have to try it while you are there. I wouldn't even have to be in another country to eat that crap if I was intoxicated enough... Love you girls, and I'm glad your all still having the time of your lives!!! Miss you!!
mary kay frushour I have HEARD of this, eating an unborn live chicken, I thought that it was in the Phillipines, but close enough, eh? I don't think I could even be intoxicated enough to do that.....But my brother, Courtney, do you remember my brother Danny Bill? He ate a goldfish at a party once! Said it was like that gum that had that squirty stuff in the middle of it. He also started a worm eating club for the neighborhood kids with his son Michael! You had to eat just one worm to be in the club! He and they all did it! With no alcohol! Ah, the diversity of cultures!!
