Day 71- Wed 19th We left Surfer's today, we were getting a little bit bored of it anyway. The journey to Brsisbane didn't take long, it was nice to be back in a city again. Day 66- Fri 14th Next stop...Surfers Paradise. It didnt take long to get here and as we drove over the border into Queensland the time went back an hour and we entered the most commercial beach resort that i had seen in a while. Day 61- Sun 9thOur Greyhound bus was at 8.30am and it took 5 hours to get to Byron Bay. As we were leaving Coffs Harbour it started to rain and we prayed it would not be following us up the coast. We were dropped off in the centre of town, could tell instantly that it was full of surfer types and had a chilled out atmosphere. Day 60- Sat 8thWe were hungover today so didnt get up till late. Whilst we were out last night a guy had been put in our room, he was really nice and very neat (we thought he must be gay!) When we finally arose we went for lunch at the Hog's Breath which is a chain much like the Harvester back home. Then we headed to the beach for a little time of sunbathing. Day 59- Fri 7th Our checkout was not at our usual early hour so we had a bit of a lie in. We were getting the Greyhound to Coff's Harbour which was a seven hour journey.
