Breakfast was at the same place we'd eaten twice yesterday. This time the French were utterly disgusted. Laurent kicked off and walked out then came back and had words with our guide. I found out later that he had told him (in his broken english and harsh tone) that he thought the trip was s***, the food was s*** and the guide was s***. Bear in mind he was speaking to the guide... How typically French! We then spent the rest of the morning sailing back through Halong Bay then the afternoon on the bus to Hanoi. Got back to hanoi about 4pm and went for bia hoi with the frogs. Back at the hotel we were told they were full and had to move to another one, which was fine as the new place was ok and friendly. Went to bed at 8pm and watched Top Gun - absolutely shattered!!!!!
