We came across our first pet store today. We saw these rodents called chinchillas that are a cross between rabbits, rats and squirrels. Very weird. Also midget hamsters which were cute. Taj would love a whole lot to play with. Bought a new pair of shorts for swimming. Billabongs for $25. I finally got to buy something. Burst out of the front of my old ones in Thailand. Back in KL. May all be in the mind but once we got back we started feeling better. Maybe just being away from the smells of Phuket that will always be associated with the mother of all sickness. We had a nice relaxing day and night just wandering although is pretty warm. Had contact with everyone which was lovely (hi everyone). We went to the night markets in Petaling St last night. It was what we imagined Asia to be like. We resisted the temptation to buy some genuine Rolexes and had some street food cooked fresh. Jac had a pedicure so I had to get a massage to fill in the time. Want to try a fish spa today while we go into the centre of KL.
