Another nice sleep in before we rose to have breaky. I love going to the restaurant here to eat. It is the best feature of where we are & the main reason we didn't change accommodation. We gave Lutz some washing, the last time we will need to get it done on the trip, then feasted on the cooking. Heading back to the hammocks we filled in plenty of time as Jac finished her book. It was about 2pm when we thought we should do something. We walked into town dodging all the muddy parts of the track. It was kind of pointless though as by the time we arrived our feet were pretty filthy. We swapped Jacs book for another then went to a cafe that has wifi (sometimes) to get some lunch. We filled in an hour with sketchy Internet & something to eat before beginning the trek back. The sun had dried some of the mud so the journey back wasn't as dirty enabling us to wash off quickly & climb back in the hammocks. I will miss the walks into town past the island houses. It really feels like traditional south east Asia. We spent the afternoon hammocking before heading to dinner about 7pm. We spent a few hours eating & chatting to Lutz. We even got to see a few fireflies, my first ever. Unfortunately this was our last night here & we don't want to move on. But home beckons, & we will be happy to have clean, warm showers tomorrow night. And as the shower washes away the grime we will think back on 4 amazing days on Don Dhet, & they will seem like they were just a dream.
