Today after music class we headed to Padova (the group got split and some didn't get on the right train) to see the Scrovegni Chapel (which we missed our appointment for b/c we were put on the wrong train, but got a later appointment to go into), which is filled w/ Giotto's frescos. We drove through the Alps to Venice, which was beautiful. We arrived at a nearby city and had to take a train into Venice around 8 pm. We went into Zurich this morning and it was cold and rainy. After getting wet and being cold we warmed up in a café and after eating Brotwursts and headed out to see some stuff. We got up and walked to a local building for music and art class this morning. I got back my 2nd music test that we took before leaving and I got a 100 after the 13 pt curve, so that's comforting to know I'm starting off right. This morning we had our 2nd music class, and we discussed the jazz concert from last night (what a waste of 20 E by the way), but apparently jazz music and blue jeans are the only lasting American influence on French culture.
