Hola from Barcleona, this place is awesome...especially if you don't count spending 4 hours walking around trying to find an internet cafe...hehe...The trip down here was pretty good. I arrived just after 11am and caught a bus to the city centre of Catalunya- I'm staying with Micarla, Reno and a few of their friends which is a welcome change to travelling solo :)

Some of the things we have got up to...

Well, lets just say i probably should drink some water as the alcohol around here is so cheap, plus they pour in so much that I'm a 2 pot screamer :)...my drink last night was three quarters gin mmmm.

We went sight seeing around Barcelona and saw many of Gaudi's creations..the Basilica Sangrada Familia was just amazing considering it is still being built. Everywhere you look there are old carvings and well, it's just amazing!

We have been to La Ramblas many times as the apartment we are staying in, is nearby...La Ramblas is so very beautiful, with trees lining the 1.2 kilometer strip and small cafes and restaurants everywhere you can always find something to do...There is a great market 'Mercat de Sant Josep'. It is a street market filled with delicious food you could just loose yourself in hear eating all the cheese and hams... It also hosts some of the world finest human statues hehe (the street performing kind)..

The weather hear is not too bad it does get a little cold at night so you need to wear a small cardi...However the storms are pretty good it rained a fair bit at night and there was a brilliant thunder storm...lovin it lots
