3 weeks to go now and last arrangements made - speciality dinners on the cruise, Jamaica accommodation paid up and dinner booking at Per Se in NewYork (last table on the Monday night is quite a coup as they only take bookings a month in advance and always book out in a day)
Now to finalize the trip folder and start getting things ready for the cases etc
Have managed to set up the iPad so we can access our documents overseas even without Internet access using Dropbox, Offline reader and our ICloud email address. Also worked out how to send group emails on the IPad so now it can pretty much fully replace the laptop of past trips and will be so much easier to carry
So all systems go I reckon
