Went to see the ruins of Mycenae today. Pretty amazing how long that's been around. I am so glad I took an early bus though because off season or not by 1 o'clock there were more tourists there than I wanted to deal with. I've decided I am so not a tour group person. Arrived in Hydra with no problems and didn't even get lost in the airport. A tiny picturesque town and a good first stop as my only goals at the moment are to laze and catch up on sleep. Never again am I dealing with a layover that horrendous. Woke up around 11am the next day and now I have three hours to kill before my ferry to Ermoni. What better way than enjoying spectacular views over lunch and a glass of wine?
