So, radical change in plans yesterday. I was talking to one of the girls who works at the hostel and she was telling me how the weather at Plitvice National Park gets chancier in November because it's inland so I did an about face and headed there yesterday. Made a couple friends on the bus, Chris and Mike, and today I'm headed on a short hike with them towards the north of Zagreb that ends in a castle. Which means one more night at the Hobo Bear and Samobor falls by the wayside. Ah well, maybe when I get back into Zagreb for my flight. Oh, btw? Plitvice was gorgeous even if the weather didn't cooperate...it didn't rain but the white skies and slight fog never quite cleared off.
