Sorry to hear you were both so unwell - perhaps you should have eaten those fried tarantulas after all. They may have some protection to the local infections!! Love catching up on your blog - I check every day at lunchtime at work to see see if anything new has been posted and your posts are really great to get an understanding of the places you are visiting. Don't let the sickness and "douchebags" spoil your fun! Keep going - we're all with you. x

Hey all - just another update followig 2 horrendous days!!

We both got sick in Nha Trang in Vietnam - throat infections, temperatures and bad stomachs! Ended up in hospitsl for an entire day on Tuesday getting injections and being put on drips to rehydrate us! Had to stay in there from 10am - 7pm! Hospital in Vietnam is dirt and now both on antibiotics for a week! On top of that the douchebags at Santander have blocked my credit card so I now have to try and phone them from out here - never rains....

We now in Hoi An (Tailoring Capital of the world) and feeling much better - both been out and about today so things looking up again!

Fulton - yes we are educating you as we travel, hows the Spanish coming on? Laura and I were laughing the other day saying when we see you next we will actually be able to say "remember when we were in hospital in 'Nam" and not be talking BS lol!

Still no internet connection good enough to upload photos although we haven't been able to take many in the past few days anyway!

Will keep posting when we can.
