Bags are packed. Last minute instructions from Dr. Meier and we are off to the airport. After more than a week at the Chopin Hotel, the CSU travel abroad group is headed home to Cleveland. We are returning with an enhanced appreciation of the Czech economy and the role that accounting plays in the Czech Republic's future in the European Union.

We celebrated our last night together with a farewell dinner and folklore show. We shared a family-style meal of traditional Czech foods and participated in folk dancing.

GE Money Bank/Prague office is our final formal classroom experience this week. The discussion today focused on the future position of Europe's financial & banking sectors. BTW-GE Money Bank wins the coolest writing pen contest! Awesome electric blue with shiny dots! A souvenir to keep as we head home to "the States" (as our homeland is known here). Is tomorrow already Saturday?

The wall, including their painted brick proudly displaying CSU's name and colors, is in Prague's Old Town shopping street. Kudos to Jasmine, Erica, and Latoya for using their artistic talents while donating to this charitable cause!

Among our CSU/Prague study abroad group are three young mothers, appropriately dubbed "the Mom Squad." Touched by a charity event to support the intellectually and developmentally disabled, the three moms donated funds and painted a brick to add to the growing wall of support for this very worthy cause.
