Hello all. This is everyone and we are blogging away like mad! We are all happy and healthy although Cat nearly cycled over a wild snake on Rottnest Island (Pictured above)...yes Cat did cycle. The beaches are stunning and sandy...We actually think we are bringing half of it with us in our bags.

On Tuesday we took the ferry to the aforementioned island for a little day trip. We took lots of photos, mostly of Quokkas (google them they are like mini kangaroos) and cycled 10km. Jim has justdeclared that he would like a quokka for a pet so Angie and Dudley you know what he wants for xmas next year!

An Australian man said "g'day" to Teri which made Phill very jealous and Teri very happy. We still havent had a BBQ yet but Teri and Cat did try some sushi...Teri struggled!

Had a day in Perth yesterday-did the lonely planet walking tour which was nearly 4km! and took us most the day-including some very very horrible steps where the perthian s run!! Up and down a hundered times! Shocking! Thats how everyone here is so skinny! Our last day today so think its shopping and perhaps a maritime museum before another overnight flight-they're really starting to take their toll-mainly on phill who needs a hundred hours sleep a week!
