What a frustrating day!

Landrover Discovery 3 oil filter .... Anyone... Anyone ??? They are on eBay for just over $5 with $10 postage yet Landrover in Darwin don't seem to carry them in stock! So, despite having the car booked in for over 3 weeks now for a standard oil change and grease service - they couldn't be bothered doing it cause they don't have an oil filter! This is also despite dropping the car off at 7.30 in the morning and then picking it up at 3.45pm! Apologetic... Yeah right. If anyone is looking for a new job, there will be a spare parts manager at LR Darwin going shortly ( once Greg writes a letter for me - he seems to be good at that!! )

We were stuck therefore today and so swimming by the pool and catching up on washing etc were the order of the day.

The frustration over, the kids were excited to watch a didgeridoo performance tonight and have a go themselves .

Tomorrow is another day..... just means we're getting a service at Isa now.
