Yo ho helllooo from Bangkok!!!!!!!

How are y'all? We're good! Its all very strange knowing I won't be home until maybe a year so please bear with me as I get used to the fact that I won't be seeing you all to actually verbally tell you how it went. In other words, I need to remember to update this every now and then!

Anyways, we had a good flight over here from Heathrow. A lot better than I expected as I was able to get some shut eye and dabble in a bit of Star Trek the movie. (I love Sylar).

Our hotel is also quite nice but we are yet to take advantage of the pool and free brekkie. Its just a case of getting up really as our heads are still in UK time.

We made a friend on the way to the hotel and the three of us went out that night. Unfortunately they put alcohol in some drinks here! Who'd have funked?! Suffice to say we spent most of yesterday trying to control the contents of our stomachs. Its okay though (parents) as it has put me off drinking completely. The only ever time I had a hangover like that was in the comfort of ol' Blighty and not the humity of Bangkok. Never again will I drink from a bucket!!!!!!! Twas a good night though and me and Ant did take the puppeteering world by storm for about five minutes but you'll see that when we put the pics up.

It is very hectic here with people constantly trying to sell us stuff, mainly tuk tuk rides and 'ping pong shows'. Needless to say there is a lot of 'hold onto me Wendy'-ing going on with us.

But that's it at the mo, apart from the face that no taxi driver knows where our flippin hotel is!

Just wanted to let you all know how we're getting on and that we haven't be run over by a tuk tuk, arrested or kinapped!(touch wood).

P.s. they have fake tan here but with the adverse effect! I won't be buying that!
